Meat in Munich

Ingredients
750 g of beef
1 bunch roots soup
3-4 onions
salt
fat
horseradish
pickles
Method
The meat is placed in a small amount of boiling, salted water. Shortly before to soften, add the clean and cut roots soup and bisected fried onions. Boiled meat cut in slices, is distributed into bowls and pour a little meat broth. Serve with grated horseradish and pickles.
