Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1/3 cup Rice
2 onions
5-6 tbsp flour
300 g yogurt
3 eggs
2 carrots
pepper - ground and beans
juice of 1/2 lemon (small)
savory, parsley, salt

Method
Knead minced meat with one finely chopped onion head, savory, white of one egg, black pepper and cooked rice and shape the meatballs, which roll them in flour. In a saucepan with salted water put other onion (cut slightly on the cross), one large carrot cut into pieces and a few peppercorns. When the water boils placed meatballs and cook to full readiness. Remove from heat, take out the meatballs and strained broth. In a saucepan prepare smooth porridge flour, yogurt and three egg yolks, which diluted with one / two ladles of broth. Stirring the fire to thicken slightly. Again add a few ladles of broth and continue to confuse. Thus add broth several times until the desired amount. When the mixture boil and is thickened back in her meatballs. Season with salt if necessary and the juice of half a lemon. In a little oil fry the other shredded carrot. Serve with each portion sprinkle of fried carrot and chopped parsley.

gold great offer! Very tasty! Similarly do fricassee sauce carrots, will necessarily try with meatballs. I like this combination of slightly sour sauce and the sweetness of the carrot. :)
