1 kg chicken or legs, fillet
3 eggs
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp flour
150 g grated cheese

Cut the meat into portions that salting and sprinkle with pepper. The pieces of meat rolled in flour and arrange in a buttered baking dish. A mixture of egg, milk, flour and cheese, which is poured over the dish. Bake at 220 C for about 30 minutes - until browned cheese.
