Ingredients
          5 kg peppers bell peppers
          3 kg cauliflower
          2 kg carrots
          2 kg cabbage
          1 kg of sugar
          500 g salt
          2 l vinegar
          2 liters of water
          500 ml sunflower oil
          1 tbsp sodium benzoate

          Method
              Cut vegetables sprinkled with sugar and salt. Stay 12 hours, drained compartments juice, mix it with the remaining vinegar, water and the oil, let it boil. Once cooled marinade, dissolve sodium benzoate in it, pour into jars ordered vegetables. Let cool.
