Ingredients
1 grapefruit
100 g pineapple
1 orange
3 tomatoes
100 g grapes
40 g walnuts
heart of lettuce
2 tbsp of cherry compote
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
3 tsp (15 ml) vinegar
1 sprig parsley
pinch of sugar
salt
pepper
Method
In the dish is shaped wreath of pieces sliced grapefruit, pineapple, orange, sliced tomatoes, grapes and chopped walnut halves nuts. In the middle of the plate puts the core of lettuce leaves dissolve and fill with cherries compote. Salad watered with a mixture made of other products.
