Mongolian tea

Ingredients
1 tbsp (10 g) of tea
500 ml water
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
3 tsp (15 g) butter
1 cup (200 ml) milk
40 g rice
salt
Method
Tea was pulverized, pour the cold water and put the fire to boil. 2 tsp of the butter and the flour is heated in a skillet, then with milk, 1 tsp butter and rice are added to a vessel with hot tea brewed. Allow the mixture to boil, add salt to taste and serve.
