In Moroccan Lamb

Ingredients
500 g lamb fillet Showcase
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cinnamon
800 g chopped tomatoes with olive oil and garlic, canned
1 tbsp finely chopped mazdanoz
Method
Large pan with non-stick coating heated and it bake the lamb on all sides, without fat. Add red pepper and cinnamon and fry for another minute. Pour the chopped tomatoes and parsley, waiting to boil and allow to simmer with the lid 30 minutes or until the lamb is tender. When ready to serve with freshly chopped parsley.
