Moussaka with potatoes, cucumbers and skinless sausages

Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes
1 onion
2 skinless sausages
5-6 pickles
300 g feta cheese
125 g butter
ketchup (chutney)
# TOPPING:
3 eggs
3 cups milk
3 tbsp flour
100-150 g cheese
1 cup water
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. In tray lining consistently potatoes, crumbled feta cheese, some chopped skinless sausages, part of the chopped pickles and chopped onions. Repeat until finished products. Pour in the melted butter. Apart flour fry in a little sunflower oil, diluted with milk remains to boil, then thicken with eggs. The resulting mixture is poured potatoes. Grate the cheese on top. The dish is baked in a moderate oven until ready. Optional is served with ketchup.
