Ingredients
1 kg of flour
5 eggs
500 ml milk
dry yeast 1 kg of flour
150 ml sunflower oil
6-10 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla

Method
Warm milk. To this is added: yeast, 3-4 tbsp sugar, 3-4 tbsp flour. The mixture is left side for about 10 minutes to rise. flour, eggs (no one yolk), the oil, vanilla and 3-4 tbsp sugar mixed with already lumpy mixture. The dough is kneaded and left to rise for 30-35 minutes. Once the rise is knead lightly and divided into 4 equal balls. Balls left on the table on sunflower oil, to loosen the end bit. Rolled and cut into triangles (with a thickness of 1 cm). Add marmalade (possibly more thick) and wound. separated egg yolk mixed with a little sunflower oil and coated rolls. Sprinkle with sugar and leave little to rise. Bake at 200C and gradually to 250C. * You can do them savory as grate variety of cheeses (I personally used the Emmental, white feta cheese, blue cheese and parmesan cheese), ham, etc.
