Mushroom soup

Ingredients
400 g of fresh mushrooms
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1 bunch parsley
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g ) paprika
lemon juice or vinegar
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in fat with flour, then sprinkle with paprika. The mushrooms are cut into strips and were scalded with boiling water, then was drained and added with onions. Pour 5 cups hot water, add salt and cook until soft. Soup after downloading it from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley and acidified with vinegar or lemon juice.

The presence of red pepper will kill the flavor of mushrooms.

I made a soup without paprika (swapped it with black) and parsley seemed much and it slowed. I added and 4c. l. rice, 1/2 carrot finely chopped 1 tomato and shredded and get wonderful supichka.

Very tasty soup! Ronicat and I did like you, I added a little unisos and 3 cloves garlic, pressed ... Using water which stung mushrooms ...
