Mushrooms baked with wine

Ingredients
300 g mushrooms
3/4 cup (150 ml) white wine
20 g butter
piece of salo
juice of 1/2 lemon
pepper
salt
Method
Mushrooms are well wiped with a damp cloth. Heads of their fry for 2-3 minutes in sunflower oil and place in baking pan. Stumps mushrooms and salo cut very finely, fry in sunflower oil and pour the mushrooms in the pan with the mixture. Add salt, add pepper, pour the wine and lemon juice and cook in low oven for half an hour.
