Mutton meat with beans

Ingredients
500 g mutton
4 carrots
1 onion
180 g beans
300 g potatoes
30 g lard
600 ml broth
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Clean and rinse beans soak one day in water. Cut the meat into cubes, onion pieces, fry in the lard, add the flour and fry again. Gradually pour the broth and boil until the sauce thickens. Add carrots, pepper, drained beans and stew on low heat. After about 2 hours, add the chopped potatoes, add salt and asphyxiation continues until tender all products. Potatoes are arranged in a dish, add salt to beans and mutton meat and place on potatoes. The dish is decorated with parsley and serve.
