Mutton on a spit in Pirdopski

Ingredients
1,25 kg mutton
300 g fragile salo
10-15 (1 kg) peppers
3-4 heads (250 g) onion
pepper
salt
Method
Boned and washed meat is cut into medium-sized pieces. Salo is cut into thin pieces and the peppers are cleaned of seeds and cut in half. Strung on a skewer, alternating piece salo, a piece of meat, 1/2 pepper, salo and so on.. Add salt is sprinkled with crushed black pepper and bake on fire. When baked meat skewer is iznizva in court, the bottom of which is placed coarsely chopped onion. Capped with a lid and serve.
