Nettle soup

Ingredients
3 hands (500 g) nettle
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
40 g rice or vermicelli
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
parsley

Method
In fat stew the chopped onion. Add red pepper and grated tomatoes. After stifling tomatoes added nettles, pre-washed and chopped. When the nettle is tender, add salt mixture, pour 5 cups hot water and boil. Add rice and boil until ready. The finished soup is seasoned with warm milk, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
