Ingredients
270-300 g (1 cup) noodles (or pasta)
1/2 cup walnuts (or amount to taste)
2 tbsp poppy seeds (or amount to taste)
2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
1/2 tsp salt

Method
Into a suitable container and put 2 1/2 cups water and 1 / 2 tsp salt. Put on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Put half the noodles. When the noodles is cooked, pull the container from heat (do not wring the water). In a pan pour 2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil) and add the remaining noodles. Fry until browning of noodles, stirring constantly. Fried noodles, along with the fat, pour in court with already cooked (careful because sprayed). In the same pan put chopped walnuts and bake them. When the walnuts are ready, pull the pan and put back court with noodles. Wait just to boil and remove from heat. With a slotted spoon grebnete of noodles (do not wait to drain completely. There must be some water and a little (I like them even more) and place in a bowl or dish. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and mix. Top sprinkle with sugar to taste, walnuts and serve. To the hot noodles can optional to put a little raisin. * You can make the recipe with pasta, but do not use so-called homemade noodles, which is thin sheet.

That which is like a broken pastry NOT happening. See pictures to get an idea of what it should be. (One time there was a noodle like strips with curled edges. My father made her such (well, his was no poppy and walnuts, but today this is my favorite way for noodles), but now I find very difficult one). Happens with ordinary pasta.
And if you do not eat fried noodles can izpechesh in a dry pan. Put oil in the water (as boil).
