Ingredients
1 cup Rice
2 cup chicken broth
200 g canned peas
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 red pepper
1 onion
350 g prawns
1 tsp red pepper and salt
2-3 cloves garlic
50 g ham
1 red tomato
1 bunch parsley
3 tbsp lemon juice
leaves of lettuce
1 lemon
pinch basil
Method
In broth put the washed rice in several waters. Boil, reduce heat and boil until ready. The rice must absorb all the liquid. Get out of the fire and add the drained peas. Dot and leave aside. In the heated olive oil fry the chopped onion and pepper. Add clean and cut to length shrimp, season with salt, cumin and paprika and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
