Parfait with wine

Ingredients
8 yolks
1/2 cup red table wine
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup
Method
Cream is broken yolks in a saucepan on the fire in a water bath. Add sugar and wine and stir to thicken. Court removed from the fire and the egg mixture was stirred for another 7-10 minutes, until cool. Then mix well with shattered cream spill in appropriate forms and leave in refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
