Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients
400 g macaroni
500 g fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
250 g minced meat
500 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
100 ml sunflower oil
pepper
Savory
universal spice
300 g cheese
800 g canned tomatoes

Method
Boil the pasta and Drain them of water. Put them in the appropriate tray. Mushrooms, onions, peppers stew half sunflower oil, they are ready add the minced meat. Fry to fragmentation of minced meat, add tomatoes and canned, and spices. Leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes, then add to the pasta. In a separate court warming up the remaining sunflower oil and fry the flour. And add the milk, stirring until a homogeneous mixture. So the resulting sauce poured into the tray in nice pasta and confuse everything. Grated cheese on top and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
