Pasta with mince and tomato sauce

300 g pasta of your choice
250 g minced meat
1-2 onions
1 carrot
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 tomatoes
1/2 tsp sugar
1 / 2 tsp oregano
few basil leaves
pepper, salt
sprig rosemary
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
cheese for grating

In preheated oil sauté the chopped onion and grated carrot. When almost done, add the chopped garlic. To not become granular, minced meat blurs with little cold water. Added to steamed vegetables and fry for ten minutes until turns white. Add grated tomatoes, sugar, oregano, black pepper, salt, chopped basil and rosemary twig. The mixture boil until thickened. Boil pasta according to directions on the package. I used whole wheat. Drain in a colander and distributed in dishes. Pour on top with hot sauce and served with shredded cheese. * The defined quantities for 3 servings.
