Peel the potatoes, washed grated and mixed with meat, chopped onion, mint, pepper, eggs, and the salt of the fat. Fry them until tender potatoes. In a greased pan with sunflower oil to put the sheet, as between them sprinkle the mixture. The top sheets are brushed with butter and bake in a moderate oven. Serve with yogurt.
