Ingredients
          100 g tofu
          1 red pepper
          2-3 walnuts
          parsley
          oil
          salt optional
              Method
              With blender mixing small pieces or sliced tofu, pepper and the walnuts separately, careful not to make a mess. Stir them gently with a spoon in a bowl. Add the parsley, chopped, olive oil and salt.     The pate is suitable for furniture and sandwiches. Durability is not more than two days if stored in a refrigerator.
