Ingredients
500 g minced meat
200 g breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper

Method
100 g breadcrumbs pour 1 1/2 cups water and leave to swell. Add the minced meat and spices and is kneaded well. Formed into thin slices and rolled in breadcrumbs rest. Arranged in a tray as between the lines put nylon. Wrap well in plastic wrap and put in the freezer. Before cooking the necessary pieces are removed without being frozen dip in beaten egg and fry. The products are about 15 pieces.

And you can not be frozen, but directly to fry?

If you fry without prior freezing will not be so tight and well shaped. Guess may become slightly loose.
