Peppers in Piedmontese

Ingredients
2 yellow peppers
2 green peppers
4 tomatoes
4 sardines
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
Method
Well cleaned peppers cut into halves, tomatoes steamed, peeled and cut into quarters. Sardines smash and mix with olive oil and chopped garlic. The peppers are placed in baking pan in each half placed second quarters tomatoes, sprinkled with olive oil mixture and bake in a moderate oven for half an hour. Peppers should remain solid.
