Piggy stuffed with sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 little pig
1 onion
100 g lard
100 g salo or ham
2 pickled cabbages
1 lemon
salt
pepper
paprika
Method
Piggy wash very well, dry with a towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper inside. Outside, rub with salt, lard and paprika. Chop the onion finely and fry in fat. Add finely chopped sauerkraut. Stews with pieces salo or ham. Sprinkle with pepper. Pig is filled with the homemade cabbage and sutured. Bake on the vine, as watered frequently with lard and water. In presenting his mouth put lemon.
