Ingredients
300 g puff pastry
1 kg porcini mushrooms
3 onions
200 g ham
100 g dry speck
2 bunches of parsley
4 eggs
400 g of yogurt or cream
nutmeg
black pepper, salt
Method
Thaw the dough. Peel the onion, chop it finely and ham and salami - in large pieces. Clean and wash the mushrooms and sauté them with onions braised in ham and salami. To the cooled mixture, add chopped parsley, spices, eggs and yogurt (drained). Cover the dough with the bottom and sides of the pan, pour the mixture and then smooth. Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated 200 C oven.
