Ingredients
800 g minced meat
3 heads onion
2 carrots
1/3 cup rice
4 tbsp tomato puree or grated tomatoes 2
in a pinch of mint, savory and parsley
2-3 bay leaf
5-6 Allspice
1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper
3-4 peppercorns
sunflower oil
flour
Method
Mix the minced meat with cumin, black pepper, salt and rice. Leave to stand for about an hour. Of minced meat balls do. In a pan heat them sunflower oil, roll meatballs in flour and fry them. Cut the carrots into slices and onion into strips. In a saucepan pour a little sunflower oil, add the carrots and onions, tomato paste, parsley, bay leaf, black pepper and allspice beans, mint savory and some water to cover everything. Leave to simmer for about 30 minutes. Then add fried meatballs and leave on the stove for 10-15 minutes until cooked meal is thickened.
