Pita-shallow nativity

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
450 g yogurt
3 eggs
42 g yeast
1 cup milk
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp sesame
5 tbsp butter
Method
We do well in the sifted flour and add the heated milk reconstituted it yeast, salt, sugar then put the yoghurt with dissolved into it soda. Put two eggs, egg whites of the third and the oil and kneaded the dough. Divide it into three balls. When rising, roll each ball, smeared with butter and rolled. Rolls downloaded and twisted as shallow. Shallow put into an oiled pan and when doubled in size, is smeared with separated yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a moderate oven.
