Pita with tomatoes

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
60 g butter
3 tbsp cream
60 g of cheese or feta cheese
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
pinch of salt
paprika
pinch nutmeg
500 g tomatoes
parsley
Method
From the flour sifted with baking powder, the butter, milk, nutmeg and salt is kneaded dough, which is spread on the bottom of a baking dish greased with butter and scatter breadcrumbs. The walls of the mold is shaped ledge. Grated cheese mixed with breadcrumbs and half the mixture over the dough. The tomato slices are arranged so as to overlap with each other and scatter to the second half of the mixed with breadcrumbs cheese. 1 is sprinkled a pinch of salt and 1 pinch red pepper. Cake bake in moderate oven about 20 minutes, remove and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm or cold.
