Pizza with Roquefort

500 g flour
3 tbsp olive oil
1 package dry yeast
pinch of salt
# For the tomato sauce:
400 g sterilized tomatoes (1/2 jar)
a pinch of oregano, salt and sugar
# For the topping:
150 g feta cheese Roquefort blue
200 g cheese
50 g butter
1 cup milk
1 tbsp flour
olives for decoration
Sift the flour, place it on the counter for kneading and in the middle of it is done well. Put them in olive oil and yeast. With a wooden spoon knead dough and then the flour absorb the oil, gradually add 100-180 ml water. Dough is smooth and elastic dough. Rise for a warm place for about 30-50 minutes. Strain the tomatoes with spices. In the butter fry flour and diluted with milk. The feta cheese was crushed with a fork and add to the pan with the milk. The sauce is cooked to obtain a thick cream, stirring continuously. Dough topped with tomato sauce, after which it is smeared cream with feta cheese. Top rank slices of cheese pizza and bake 10-15 minutes in a hot oven at 220-250 C. Once removed, is cut into triangles, which are decorated with black olives.
