Pork in batter

Ingredients
1 kg pork boneless
500 g minced meat
1 cup rice
1 onion
salt
pepper
ground cumin
paprika
1 carrot
3 leaves of sauerkraut
1 kg dough
2 eggs
Method
The meat is trimmed, seasoned with black pepper and salt and leaves the country. In the heated sunflower oil fry the chopped onion, carrot, minced meat and rice. Add salt, pepper and more cumin and pour the water just to cover. 2/3 of the dough is rolled into a thin crust on her spread the leaves of cabbage and then mince. At one end you place the meat and carefully wrapped. From the remainder of the dough strips are cut, which is formed on the decoration form a grid on the resulting roll. Place in a buttered baking dish, pour a little water, cover with foil and bake in a hot oven.
