Pork fillet with Chinese sauce and steamed vegetables

Ingredients
500 g pork loin
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp natural wheat starch
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
4 carrots
250 g mushrooms
1 bunch spring onions
sunflower oil for frying
salt

Method
Pork loin is cut into large pieces and fry in Heat the sunflower oil, using a wok or deep pan. Once you become ready to remove the fat and set aside. In the same oil fry and vegetables - peppers and carrots cut into strips and chives and mushrooms cut in in large pieces. It is important that the vegetables are steamed separately, not together because they keep their flavor. Choking it for 1-2 minutes, as a little tender, but also to maintain a slightly crunchy. Then mix the soy sauce, sugar, the oil, half water, ginger and lemon juice in a saucepan. Stir well to mix and simmer the mixture to a boil. The starch was pre-dissolved in the rest of the water and added to the bubbling mixture. Almost immediately the sauce thickens and is completely ready. Finally, the meat and vegetables are mixed and watered with Chinese sauce.
