Pork hearts with egg-mustard sauce

1 kg pig hearts
3 eggs
2 tsp mustard
5-6 tbsp flour
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil or butter
pepper, salt
1 carrot
Chapter 1 onions
1 lemon

Hearts are washed and boiled in salted water with a carrot and an onion (I brew them in a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes). Cut into chunks for kebab. Broth, which are mumbo hearts strain (carrot and onion flavored broth and no longer use). The oil (optional can be made with butter) heat, fry the flour in it and diluted with broth until desired consistency is achieved. Yolks of eggs broken with mustard with lemon juice. To the resulting mixture, add a little of the hot sauce, mix well and back in the sauce. The hearts were placed in a sauce. Season with pepper and, if necessary, add more salt (the broth is savory).

Come to find hearts, but this recipe will necessarily make it. Very good proposal.
