Ingredients
500 g pork
1 bunch spring onions
100 g rice
500 g dock
paprika, salt and fresh mint

Method
In boiling water is poured docks to changes color. Strain the water. The meat is cut into pieces and fry. Add finely chopped onions, drain the water from the dock, rice, red pepper, salt to taste and finely chopped fresh mint. Make up water and leave on a slow fire to full readiness.
