Pork tripe in a spicy sauce

Ingredients
500 g pork tripe
salt
3 peppercorns
3 Allspice
1 onion
1 bay leaf
4 tbsp (40 g) flour
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
1 tbsp (10 g) mustard
1 pickle
Method
Pork tripe cut into cubes and pour 1.5 liters of cold water. Add salt, black pepper and allspice, chopped onion and bay leaves and boil until tender. Flour suspended in a little cold broth, put on fire, constantly stirring up the rest of strained broth. Allow to boil off slightly. Thick sauce remove from heat and stir in the tomato paste, mustard and chopped into small cubes cucumber. The meat is placed in the sauce and optional can be served with boiled potatoes.
