Ingredients
500-600 g pork, cut into small pieces
1 carrot
1 small zucchini
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/8 head cabbage - 200-300 g, sliced for salad
2 tbsp ketchup
by 1/2 tsp black pepper, cumin and chili / chilli - optional
salt, 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 feathers green onions , parsley

Method
Cut the vegetables and meat. In a suitable container with non-stick bottom sauté the meat in the oil for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally it. Add carrots, garlic and chopped onion. After 5-6 minutes, add spices and salt. Stir and add the wine. Reduce the heat and leave for 7-8 minutes, stirring periodically. Put the cabbage and ketchup. After a minute, add the zucchini, stir and turn off the heat. Leave eating for five minutes on the stove. Serve warm with fresh salad or boiled rice, sprinkled with chopped green onions feathers or parsley. * The meat can be replaced with chicken or turkey breast can be cut into slices or small pieces. From a visual standpoint better look if the zucchini and carrot be cut the same shape as slices or diagonally. * These products are for 4-6 servings. * Preparation time - 15-20 minutes. * Cooking time - 25 minutes.

Yes, I missed the quantity of wine. For recipe using white vino- 1/4. H. - 60ml.
