Potato salad with yogurt

Ingredients
5-6 (500 g) of potatoes
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 lemon
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
1/2 bunch parsley
crushed pepper
salt
Method
Cook potatoes and peel. Cut into slices and arrange in a suitable dish. Add salt is sprinkled with black pepper, vegetable oil and squeeze lemon juice and pour the yogurt, broken with parsley.

Tasty, but for variety and different taste to yogurt can add mayonnaise and / or sour cream.

Grate a carrot and add mayonnaise and try.

A potato may be creased and fork to mix with other products. Also becomes very nice.
