Potato surprise with meatballs

Ingredients
500-600 g ground meat mixture
500 g onions
1 egg
60 g butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
salt
paprika
flour
parsley
8-10 potatoes
cheese
mustard
Method
To the meat add a finely chopped onion and parsley, egg, paprika and salt. From meat to make meatballs 12-16, which is rolled in flour and fry in a mixture of the butter and some vegetable oil. The remaining onions cut into small pieces, add salt lightly sprinkle with flour and fry until golden color in the rest of vegetable oil, then remove with latticed spoon and leave to drain the fat. In the same oil fry the potatoes, cut into slices. Remove and mix with roasted onions. The mixture was divided into two. In thoroughly greased with vegetable oil small tray put one half of the mixture. On it are arranged fried burgers and covered with the second half of the mixture. The dish is sprinkled with plenty of grated cheese and put in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with paprika, is distributed in portions and served with mustard.
