Pots with fresh potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg of fresh small potatoes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
200 cup milk
4 eggs
200 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
4 scallions
4 stalks green garlic
1/4 bunch of dill
pepper
Method
Fresh potatoes are put in a box with a lid with 2 tbsp salt and 1 cup water and a good shake. Then washed with a brush and water, if damaged potatoes are cleaned, but does not peel can only slightly to remove the scales. Potatoes are distributed in gyuvechetata and watered with olive oil and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Milk mixed with grated feta cheese, half cut into small cubes cheese, chopped chopped green onions and garlic. Gyuvechetata pour the mixture and stirred slightly, and the top is broken in an egg. When gyuvechetata is constipation sprinkle with grated cheese and leftover baked for two minutes on the grill of the oven. Serve sprinkled with chopped dill and lettuce.
