Pretzels - I type

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp (10 g) salt
2 tbsp (20 g) Kim
1 cup (200 g) pork lard
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
flour as you take
200 g cheese
Method
Of flour, the lard, milk, one egg, baking soda, salt and water mix a soft dough, which is rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut into squares, which puts stuffed with crumbled feta cheese. Folded diagonally and pinched the edges. Smeared with egg, sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds and bake.
