Pudding with oatmeal and apricot jam

Ingredients
6 tbsp oatmeal
2 cup milk
egg 1
3 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 cup Apricot jam
100 ml white wine
Method
Oatmeal pour hot, salted water, drained and cooked in milk. Added at constant stirring the butter, egg, raisins, breadcrumbs and sugar. Pour the mixture into a greased with butter form and bake in a hot oven for half an hour. After cooling to room temperature, the pudding is converted into an appropriate plate and pour the wine diluted with hot apricot marmalade.
