Puri with Turkish delight and walnuts

Ingredients
150 g of margarine or butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp milk
egg 1
1 vanilla
250-300 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
# For sprinkling and filling:
walnuts
delight
vanilla icing sugar

Method
Margarita mix with a mixer, add the lemon juice, milk, vanilla, salt and finally the egg and flour with baking powder. Knead a soft dough is not sticky. Roll out the dough thinly on paper, cut into strips 6 cm wide, put walnuts and Turkish delight and envy. You can make different shapes like balls buns. Arrange on a tray covered with paper. Bake at 180C. Hot Oval in powdered sugar after cool sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar. There are about 28

My mother, God rest her soul, made them. Only lard. Became crisp and crumbly. I remember them fondly :)

I tried to margarine because I did not oil again became crisp especially the next day melted nice it with lard and so is the recipe but where?
