Quick puff banitsi with mushrooms

Ingredients
800 g puff pastry
1 cup chopped mushrooms (marinated)
100 ml cooking cream
1 tbsp flour
pepper, salt
dill to taste
1 stalk leek - for decoration
1 yolk for brushing

Method
Chopped mushrooms be confused with cream and Season with salt and pepper. Pour into pan with wide bottom and then the mixture boil add the flour. You should get very dense filling (to avoid leakage when baked). Get out of the heat and sprinkle with dill. thaw at room temperature puff pastry cut into rectangles as on each of them put on cooled stuffing. Folds banitsi, which rank at a distance of 4-5 cm. From one another in a tray covered with baking paper. Smeared with yolk. Bake in preheated oven.
