Rabbit with prunes

Ingredients
1 rabbit (750 g)
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) fat
1 cup (200 ml) wine
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1 tsp (5 g) flour
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 cup (200 g) prunes
25 small onions
salt
Method
Rabbit cut into pieces that fry lightly in fat. Add chopped onion and stew until golden color, then stir in the flour and paprika and pour the wine diluted with water. When the sauce boils, add the peeled cloves of garlic and of husked small onions. Dish add salt and leave on low heat. At the end of cooking add the washed and stewed plums in a little water.
