Ingredients
125 g of powdered sugar
125 g butter
2 eggs
200 g of yogurt or 200 ml white wine
500 g flour
Method
The butter mix with sugar. Add wine or yogurt and flour. Knead dough, which is rolled with thickness 1.5 cm. Cut strips 2 cm wide and 10-15 cm long, twisted several times and fry. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
