Rabbit ragout with olives

Ingredients
1-1.5 kg rabbit
6 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
200 ml white wine
250 ml chicken broth
1 lemon
4 tomatoes
100 g olives
pinch of cinnamon
salt
2 sprigs rosemary and sage
white pepper
Method
Hare is divided into 8 parts, flavor and fry. Add rosemary, sage, cut in half garlic cloves, chopped hot pepper and pour the wine and broth. Cover with slices of lemon and capped. Stew for 1 hour over low heat. On the 10th minute, add the olives, and 30th peeled tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of cinnamon. Stew to full readiness.
