Remoulade sauce in Italian

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tbsp (10 g) of tomato paste or tomato 3-4 soft, rub through a sieve
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 onion
1/2 stalk of leek (white part only)
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tsp (5 g) hot paprika
pinch grated lemon peel
pinch nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of allspice
Method
From hard-boiled egg yolks and vegetable oil attaches mayonnaise. Add spices, mixed well and the mixture was diluted with tomato paste or tomato juice. Before serving sprinkle with chopped onion and leek. The sauce is served to a cold supper, sausages and pasta.
