Ingredients
100 g cottage cheese
500 g chicken
100 g cornmeal
40 g butter
roots of dill and parsley
salt
Method
The chicken is boiled in salted water with roots dill and parsley. Remove from broth, boned and cut into small pieces. Broth strain and thicken with cornmeal. The slurry is added chopped meat, sprinkle with cheese and pour melted butter.
