Rice with mushrooms and shrimp

Ingredients
300 g mushrooms
300 g rice
350 g frozen shrimp
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
1 tsp (10 ml) brandy
1 tbsp (10 g ) tomato paste
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
150 g cream
50 g feta cheese "parmesan" or "Emmental"

80 g butter
Method
Clean and scalded rice is boiled in salted water until soft. 30 g butter and 1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil to fry defrosted and dried shrimp, put the bay leaf, brandy and after the last evaporate, add the tomato paste. After a minute, sprinkle flour and fry 1 minute more. Gradually add the milk, cream, salt, pepper and stew under the lid for 5 minutes. Allow to soften rice to drain and mix with the butter and the feta cheese. With rice filled shapes (preferably ceramic), addressing them on a plate and add the fried mushrooms and sauce of shrimp. Serve immediately.
