1 chicken (about 1 kg)
250 ml tomato juice
100 g butter
5 cloves garlic
salt

Method
Cleaned and washed chicken add salt and smeared with plenty of butter and crushed garlic with salt. The homemade chicken is placed in electrical charges saucepan (or fireproof container with a lid), pour tomato juice and remaining butter. The dish is baked in the oven, covered with a lid (or aluminum foil) about 40 minutes to stew.
