Roasted lamb parsley

Ingredients
1 kg lamb shoulder or leg
salt, paprika
2 bunches of spring onions
3 bunches of parsley
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Wash the meat and put to polusvari with less water. As a return to add salt. Once is tender, subtract, put it in a baking dish, sprinkle with paprika and add chopped onion and parsley. Pour broth of meat, tries salt watered sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven until the meat is browned and the sauce thickens to mush.
